# Navidrome

Self-hosted music streaming server providing a web interface and Subsonic-compatible access to the shared music library.

## Deployment layout

- **Compose:** `/srv/docker/navidrome/docker-compose.yml`
- **Static configuration/source:** no additional static configuration or build source
- **Non-secret environment:** scan scheduling, logging, session timeout, base URL, transcoding configuration, plugin behavior, and metadata
agents are declared inline in Compose; there is no project-local `.env`
- **Secrets:** `/srv/docker/secrets/navidrome/.env`
- **NVMe application state:** `/srv/appdata/navidrome/data`
- **Bulk HDD data:** none
- **Other mounts:** shared `/data/Data1/music` library at `/music`, read-only

Secrets are never committed to this repository. The central secret environment
is supplied to the Navidrome service.

## Dependencies and recovery

- **Networks/dependencies:** external `npm_proxy` network at `192.168.97.14`; configured metadata and plugin integrations use credentials
supplied through the protected central environment
- **Back up:** `/srv/appdata/navidrome/data`, the separately managed `/data/Data1/music` library, and the separately protected Navidrome
secret environment
- **Re-creatable:** the Navidrome container; music indexes and artwork caches can be rebuilt but share the application-data tree with
persistent database and user state
